About Us

In a world that glorifies individualism and the relentless pursuit of success, we’ve lost touch with our essence, our roots, and the profound interconnectedness of all life. Our relentless drive for progress has left us disconnected from ourselves, each other, and the natural world.

The consequences of this disconnection are evident in every aspect of our lives. Our society, once vibrant with creativity and harmony, now bears the scars of violence and discord. Even our approach to healthcare reflects this imbalance, relying on aggressive interventions that often harm as much as they heal.

We’ve mistaken sovereignty for isolation, embracing a culture of every person for themselves. In this pursuit of advancement, we’ve sacrificed our spiritual connection, traded authenticity for superficial personas, and severed our bond with Mother Nature.

But amidst the chaos, there is hope. A growing awareness is emerging, calling us back to a more holistic way of living—one that honors the body, mind, and spirit in equal measure. It’s a journey of rediscovery, of reclaiming our inherent connection to the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the universe.

In our community in Hinckley and Bosworth, the need for this transformation is evident. At least 16,000 people are registered as being depressed, there are long waiting lists, delayed discharges and gaps in primary care are resulting in a mental health crises. The Leicestershire Joint Health & Wellbeing Strategy 2022-32 identifies self-care, prevention and person-centred care as key to supporting people to live happy healthy lives. Local mental health consultations have found that people want information on prevention and how to self-care and manage their mental health problems.

Over 120 residents attended our local wellness event, seeking to access holistic health and wellbeing therapies.  A feedback survey found that their priority healthcare goals are better sleep, reduced anxiety, breaking free from old patterns, and finding peace amidst the chaos. There is collective need for a more balanced, fulfilling existence.
