Their sessions provide a supportive space to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, and explore new ways to enhance both personal and professional wellbeing.

Hypnotherapy & Holistic Therapies by Vikki
Holistic Therapies by Vikki offers a range of holistic therapies to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, and overall balance. As a qualified hypnotherapist, Vikki supports clients with anxiety, fears and phobias, weight management, smoking and vaping cessation, exam nerves, and building confidence in areas such as public speaking.
Alongside hypnotherapy, services include Angelic Reiki healing, chakra balancing, Indian head massage, and Thai foot massage, creating a calm and supportive space for relaxation, release, and wellbeing.

Kai-zen Wellness
Kaizen Wellness brings a holistic approach focusing on inner and outer well-being, incorporating practices like mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing to promote mental and physical health. By helping clients foster personal wellbeing and growth, Kai-zen believes that this transformation can extend to communities, creating a ripple effect of well-being and positive change locally and globally.

Mayfield Wellbeing
Mayfield Wellbeing offers a holistic and personalised approach to supporting health and wellbeing. Led by Lindsay, services include clinical aromatherapy, aromatherapeutic massage, reflexology, and Qi Gong, combining the benefits of touch, movement, and scent to support both physical and emotional balance.
Lindsay creates a warm and welcoming space where clients can relax, restore energy, and begin their own healing journey.

Minds Eye Therapy
Minds Eye Therapy provides a range of holistic therapies designed to support relaxation, balance, and inner wellbeing. Offering Reiki, restorative yoga, meditation coaching, and natural lift facial massage, they also host monthly meditation classes locally to create space for connection and calm.

Purple Holistic Haven
Purple Holistic Haven offers a range of holistic therapies to support relaxation, healing, and overall wellbeing. Services include Reiki, reflexology, aromatherapeutic body massage, and clinical hypnotherapy, alongside intuitive guidance as a practising medium and psychic.
As a burn injury survivor following an accident in 2024, their work is rooted in personal experience of recovery, with a strong commitment to giving back by volunteering services to charities that supported them.
Their approach focuses on helping individuals restore balance, release stress, and feel more grounded.
The BeeWell Practice
The BeeWell Practice offers solution-focused hypnotherapy to support positive change in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Led by Lyndsey Lock, a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, sessions support adults, teenagers, and children to overcome challenges such as anxiety, stress, sleep issues, and other difficulties that impact daily life. Using a combination of psychotherapy, neuroscience, and hypnosis, Lyndsey helps clients move forward and achieve their goals in a focused and effective way.
With 12 years’ experience in teaching and working with people with additional needs, Lyndsey has particular experience supporting children and young people. Sessions are available in-person in Ibstock or online, offering a supportive space to work through challenges and create lasting, positive change.
